    • Opportunity to ask questions and ensure all concerns are fully addressed

  • Medication Management

    Medication Management is individualized and collaborative, focusing on the safest and most effective treatment options to support overall mental wellness.

    Medication management based on:

    • Comprehensive evaluation and DSM-5 diagnosis

    • Prescribing psychiatric medication when clinically indicated

    • Collaborative, patient-centered treatment planning

    • Ongoing medication management and monitoring

    • Support with medication adherence and adjustment for effectiveness and tolerability

    • Education about medications, including benefits, risks and alternatives

    • Integration of medication treatment with psychotherapy and holistic health approaches

    • Coordination with other providers as needed for continuity of care

    Psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports emotional growth, symptom reduction, and improved functioning.

    Psychotherapy is based on building a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship and selecting the most beneficial treatment approach for each individual.

    Treatment approaches include:
